follows:
Beginning at a point on the easterly line of Sound Avenue which
point is the northwesterly corner of lands of John Metropoulos; thence
running northerly- along the easterly line of Sound Avenue one hundred
(100) feet to a point; thence running easterly and at right angles to
the easterly line of Sound Avenue to the westerly line of lands
formerly of Jonathan Nowell; thence running southerly along the Wester-
':. ly line of said lands of Jonathan Novell to the northeasterly comer
of lands of John Metropoulos; running thence westerly along the
nort'aerly line of lands of John Metropoulos to the point or place of
beginning.
BEING and intended to be the same uremises conveyed to the party
of the first Dart by deed dated August 6th, 1949, and recorded in
Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 2986 of Deeds at Page 78.
