Subject to a right of way over a strip of land 5 feet in width along said easterly
boundary, the westerly line of said 5 foot strip being parallel with and 5 feet
westerly from said easterly boundary, measured at right angles thereto.
Subject, however; to the rights of Edward B. Adams and the rights of owners
of land to the east being land formerly of Harry A. Adams, deceased, their heirs and

The decedent, Eve B. Monroe, is the same party and the premises herein is
