state of facts an accurate survey might show.
TOGETHER with an easement to pass and repass over a right of way 8 feet in width
from Rabbit Lane to the Bay, which said 8 foot right of way is described on the
Suffolk County Tax Map as Dist. 1000, Sec. 031, Blk 18, Lot 19.
J TOGETHER also with an easement for the purpose of installing and maintaining four (4)
submlergable wells on a 20 foot square area at the northwest corner (fronting Bay
Avenue) of the premises described on said County Tax Map as Dist. 1000, Sec. 31,
Blk. 9 Lot 2, to serve the premises hereabove described and the remaining three
parcels to be conveyed to the party of the second part only; to wit, said County
Tax Map, Dist.1000, Section 31, Blk. 17, Lot 20, Section 31, Blk. 17, Lot 10,
Section 31, Blk. 18, Lot 8.
Said easement shall be restricted to the aforementioned four(4)lots as designated
on the Suffolk County Tax Map, and said restriction shall run with the land.
