WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in tile Village of Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the East side of the road leading to Long
Island Sound, said road being commonly known as Beach Way,
ninety-five (95) feet South of the Southwest corner of a lot
owned by Harry L. Sarles ;
THENCE running Easterly a distance of one hundred and fifty
(150) feet said Northerly line running parallel to the
Southerly line of said Harry L. Sarles to other land of
Charles L. Young;
THENCE running Southerly along lands of Chas . L . Young, a
distance of ninety-five (95) feet ;
THENCE running Westerly along lands of said Chas . L. Young
a distance of one hundred and fifty (150) feet to the East
side of the said Beach Way;
THENCE running Northerly along said Beach Way a distance of

Said property is also described as set forth on the Schedule which

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties
of the first part by deed of Ethel C. Schroeder , Ethel Habermann and
Mary Jane Douglas , as sole distributees of Elisha Habermann, deceased,
dated September 29 , 1980 and recorded in the Office of the Suffolk
MMAP County Clerk on December 23 , 1980 . at Liber 8934 , p . 85 .
