34 WITNESSETH, that the party of the fust part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration

of Southold, Suffolk County, New York", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on June 11, 1975 as Map No. 6266, said lot being more particularly
bounded and described according to said map as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly side of The Strand distant 902.84 feet
southerly and southwesterly as measured along the easterly and southeasterly sides of
The Strand from the extreme southerly end of the arc of a curve which connects the
j easterly side of The Strand and the southerly aide of The Long Way; said point also
being where the division line of Lots 82 and 83 on the aforesaid map intersects the
southeasterly side of The Strand;
\ RUNNING THENCE South 13 degrees 31 minutes 30 seconds East, along the last mentioned
division line, 281.35 feet;
THENCE South 61 degrees 12 minutes 22 seconds West, 78.78 feet, to the division line
\ tl of lots 83 and 84 on the aforesaid map;
vTHENCE North 13 degrees 31 minutes 30 seconds West, along the last mentioned division
line, 270.27 feet, to the southeasterly side of The Strand;
THENCE along the Southeasterly side of The Strand in a northeasterly direction and along
\\\\\ the are of a curve having a radius of 530.00 feet, a length of 82.48 feet to the point
or place of BEGINNING.
BEING the same premises conveyed to Eleftheria G. Geotes and Angeliki
Gregoriou by Deed Dated 3/6/76 and Recorded 3/18/76 in Liber 8002
w page 598 .
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the parry of the first part in and to any streets and
�._ rads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and
all the estate and rights of the parry of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the parry of the second parr, the heirs or successors and assigns of the parry of the
second putt forever.
AND the party of the fust part covenants that the parry of the first put has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the firstr in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the parry of the first
pan will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
crust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cast of the improvement and will apply the same fust to
the payment of the cat of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "parry" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parry of the fust part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above
