County of Suffolk on October 26, 1961 , as Map No . 3444 and ABS No . 3840
TOGETHER with a right of way over all streets as sham on traps at Orient-By-The-Sea, Sections
One and TWO, Maps Nos. 2777 and 3444 as filed in the Office the Suffolk County Clerk. TOGEIHER with the
right in camcn. with all owpers of all other lots on said map to use and enjoy the beach and waterfront
designated "Reserved Property Owners Beach", located at northeast corner plot on map, Orient-By-The-Sea
Section One for bathing purposes with due regard the rights of others and tinder such regulations as may

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for

The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
