ALL that certain plot piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being
at Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York,
more particularly bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of Main Road, said point be-
ing where the easterly boundary of other lands now or formerly of the
party of the first part and the westerly boundary of lands now or for-
merly of Sledjeski intersects the northerly line of Main Road, and from
said point of beginning running North 23 degrees 00 minutes East 220. 13
feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 03 degrees 30 minutes 20 seconds West 438. 83 feet
to the true or actual point of beginning; and from said true point of
beginning
RUNNING THENCE North 03 degrees 30 minutes 20 seconds West 157.0 feet;
THENCE North 86 degrees 29 minutes 40 seconds East 250 . 99 feet to lands
now or formerly of Pappas;

204.
The parties of the second part, their heirs, successors and assigns, shall
be responsible for one-sixth (1/6th) of the maintenance cost of the road-
way running from the subject parcel to NYS Route 25.
