lying and being at East Marion, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Main Road which
Ipoint is the intersection of the southerly line of said Main Road
and the extension southerly of the westerly line of Parcel 2A, being
the northwesterly corner of Parcel 2B; running thence along the said
southerly line of Main Road on a curve to the left having a radius of
2325.01 feet, . a distance of 265 feet more, or less to a concrete
monument; running thence South 24 degrees 04 minutes 30 seconds East
42 - feet more or less to the ordinary high water mark of Orient Harbor;
running thence in a westerly direction along the ordinary high water
