paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or ppaarrccel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

where the same is intersected by the northerly line of lands conveyed by
Valentine Ruch and Helen R. Ruch his wife, to Lewis W. Brown and Mary A.
Brown by deed dated August 24, 1423 and recorded in the Suffolk County ::
Clerk' s Office in Liber 1077 of Deeds at Page 229, measure a distance of
forty-eight (48) feet along the westerly line of said private road on a , .
course of North 46 degrees 09 minutes West. From said beginning point;;
the premises hereby granted and released are described as follows: (1)

ment; running thence (2) South 34 degrees 45 minutes West a distance of
181.5 feet more or less to the high water mark of Arshamonooqqus Bay; run-'

100 feet more" or less to the northerly line of prem sea hefetdf9re coan-
veyed by the parte of the first part to Lillian Gladys Springer; and run-
ning thence O along the said northerly line of lands of Springer in a
straight line to the point or place of beginning.
Together with a right of way over said private road 25 feet in width as
same is now laid out to the North Road; and together with a right of way
25 feet in width leading from the North Road parallel to the westerly
line of lands of Edith M. Payne to the waters of Long Island Sound. To-
gether with all of the right, title and interest of the party of the firs
part in and to the lands under the waters of Arshamonoque Bay adjacent to
the lands hereinabove described.
This is a correction deed made to correct the description in a deed dated
February 13, 1954 by Emma Nutzhorn single, to Grace Gertrude Whyard, rF-
corded February 23, 1954 in Liber 5654, Page 553.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center fines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of "
the party of the second part forever.

AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the,purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and willapply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be toustrued as if it read"parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
