between lards now or formerly of McConlogue and the subject
premises being conveyed;
RUNNING THENCE along lands now 'or formerly of
McConlogue, North 64° 05' 40" East, 238.00± feet to the point
or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH all the right, title and interest
of the parties of the first part of, in and to the land under
the waters of Marion Lake adjoining the said premises.
ALSO, TOGETHER WITH a right-of-way over said strip
of land 25.00 feet or more in width along the Easterly line of
the premises, extending Southerly about 500. 00 feet beyond the
Southeasterly corner of the premises , and thence Southwesterly
