party of the first part,and JOHN F. TERWILLIGER, residing at Gardiner's
Bay Estates, East Marion, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the second part,
Witnesseth,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars paid by the party of the second part,does
r' hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party
of the second part forever,
All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,lying and
beingapm at East Marion in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York,

which plot is known as any by the lot numbers 131, 132 and 133 as Aown on a map
entitled "Map of Section Two Gardiner's Bay Estates, situate at East Marion, Long
Island" which map was filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on September 23, 1927
under the number 275, excepting therefrom the southerly six feet of lot number 133
which was heretofore conveyed by the parties hereto the Helene Schmidt.
_Lots 1_32 & 1_3_3 - BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the parties
hereto by a deed from Gardners Bay Company, Inc. , dated June 26, 1940, recorded in
the Suffolk County Clerk's office, Liber 2107 of deeds at page 572 on June 28, 1940.
o _Lot_1_31 - B E I N G and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the parties hereto
by a deed from Bertha Downs Ackland and others dated October 19, 1949 and recorded in
the office of the Suffolk County Clerk in Liber 3014, page 585 on November 2, 1949.
TOGETHER with all of the rights conveyed to the parties by said recorded deeds.
SUBJECT to the covenants, restrictions, obligations and conditions in said deeds.

Together with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof; Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights
of the partyof the first part in and to said premises;To Have Arid To Hold the premises herein granted unto the party
of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
And the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, hereby covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the
payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party"shall be construed as if it read "parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
In Witness Whereof,the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above written.
