'r BEGINNING at a point on the Southeasterly side of a 50 foot Private Road, said point being where the Northwesterly line of the premises herein described and the Northeasterly line of the land now or formerly of Clark intersects said Southeasterly side of the 50 foot Private Road; RUNNING THENCE North 64 degrees 51 minutes 10 seconds East, along said 50 foot Private Road 120 feet to a point; THENCE South 25 degrees 08 minutes 50 seconds East 121.23 feet to land now or formerly of Northern Oyster Company; THENCE South 68 degrees 09 minutes 00 seconds West along last mentioned land 120.19 feet to land now or formerly of Clark; THENCE North 25 degrees 08 minutes 50 seconds West, along last mentioned land 114.42 feet to the Southeasterly side of the 50 foot Private Road, at the point or place of BEGINNING. TOGETHER with a right of way for ingress and egress over said 50 foot private road leading from the northeasterly corner of the premises herein described and running westerly about 620.00 feet to Shipyard Lane. SUBJECT TO covenants and restrictions of record.
