the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on January 4, 1950 in Liber 3032 cp`
489, (later of C.E. Ryder) ; and from said point of beginning running
thence along the northerly line of Main Road North 80 degrees 05
minutes West 121.07 feet to a monument and land now or formerly of Vane

running thence along said land and land now or formerly of Weiler
North 4 degrees 50 minutes 20 seconds East 223 .26 feet to a monument;
running thence along land now or, formerly of Weiler and P. J. Tuthill
South 85 degrees 09 minutes 40 seconds East 130.36 feet to a monument
and said land of George R. Latham (Ryder) ;

West 234.27 feet to the northerly line of Main Road at the point or
place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Julia E. Fitting
now known as Julia E. King, and her deceased husband, Arthur H. Fitting,
by deed dated November 5, 1956 and recorded May 6, 1957 in Liber 4296
cp 234, made by Helen Joyce Medeiros and Marjorie M. Gaffga'.
