the lands of Myron Rackett, being and intended to be the same property
that was conveyed by James H. Young and wife to Carrie S. Rackett,
which conveyance was by warranted deed dated May lat., 1883, and which
premises were again conveyed by Carrie S. Rackett to Alfred W.
Latham by Warranted deed dated April 12th, 1888, and recorded in
it
Suffolk County Clerk' s Office in liber 310, page 1901 on the 16th
day of April, 1888.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to GEORGE R.
LATHAM by Deed dated September 18th, 1920 and recorded on the

12th day of January, 1921 in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County in liber 1016 of Deeds page 165, the grantee therein being
the same person as the GEORGE R. LATHAM, grantor herein, the said
GEORGE R. LATHAM, being married to ELIZABETH E. LATHAM, and no other
person living or deceased.
The grantors herein reserve unto themselves and each other a life
