the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on September 231 1927 as Map No. 275-
TOGETHER with a described parcel adjoining Lot 161 on the northeast
bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at the northerly corner of Lot No. 161, as shown on "Map
of Section Two, Gardiner' s Bay Estates, situate at East Marion, Long
r Island" , and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on September 23,
1927 as Map No. 275, which said point or place of beginning is inaa line
which is the prolongation northeasterly of the southeasterly side of
Beach Court; thence the following two (2) courses and distances along the
existing-bulkhead which is erected .immediately adjoining said--Lot 161 on
the northeast; (1)' -northeasterly 56 feet,' more or less ;. (2) southeast-
erly 12 feet, more or less ; thence southeasterly across the basin 20
feet, more or less, to the bulkhead; thence along the bulkhead two (2)
courses and distances as follows : (1) southeasterly 42 feet, more or
less; (2) - southwesterly 64 feet, more or less, to the -northeasterly
