line of Main Road; thence along said Northerly line of Main Road South 76
degrees 24 minutes 10 seconds West 432.96 feet to a point; thence still along
said Northerly line of Main Road Westerly on an arc of a curve having a radius
of 1009,14 feet for a distance of 10.51 feet to land now or formerly of G. L.
Young, Jr.; thence along said land North 0 degrees 20 minutes 40 seconds East
400 feet and South 82 degrees 06 minutes 40 seconds West 179.74 feet to land of
Woodhollow Properties, Inc.; thence along said land and along land as shown on
Map of 'Orient by the Sea, Section One", North 0 degrees 20 minutes 40 seconds
East 516.98 feet to a monument and the Southerly line of Lot 30 as shown on said
