Property of Mary M. Stephenson at Orient , Suffolk Co. , N.Y.
Surveyed Nov.28/05 by C.R. Van Buskirk, C.E. 108 Van Sicklen St.
Brooklyn, N.Y." a copy of which said map was filed July 11, 1906
in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office as File No. 421;
THENCE RUNNING northerly by a straight line 140 feet, more or less
to Monument #9 as shown on said map;
THENCE RUNNING northwesterly by a straight line 130 feet, more or
less to Monument #8 as shown on said map;
THENCE RUNNING southerly along the easterly edge of a private rpad
as shown on said map, a distance of 230 feet more or less to a
point on the northerly side of said King' s Highway which said point
is dietant westerly 80 feet more or less from said Monument #10,
as shown on said map, when measured along the northerly side of
said King' s Highway ;
THHNCE RUNNING along the northerly side of said Kings Highway 30
feet more or' less to the point or place of beginning; Being the
entire portion of Plot M as shown on said snap which is situate and.
lies easterly of the Private Road shown on said map
TOGETHER with non-exclusive use of the right of way running along the

(Main Road) at monument # 10 as shown on a map entitled "Survey of
the ' Cedars ' Property of Mary M. Stephenson at Orient, Suffolk Co. ,
N.Y. surveyed November 28 , 1905 by C.R. Van Buskirk, C.E. 108 Van
Sicklen Street, Brooklyn, NY. " a copy of which said map was filed
July 11, 1906 in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office as file no. 421 ;
which said monument is located at the point of intersection of the
division line between the premises herein on the west and a ,private
road on the east with the northerly line of King' s Highway (Main
Road) ;
RUNNING THENCE North 35 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West along
the northerly line of King' s Highway (Main Road) 31. 57 feet ;
THENCE North 00 degrees 40 minutes 10 seconds West 241. 55 feet tp
land now or formerly of Lomas ;

mentioned land 131. 90 feet to the westerly side of the above

westerly side of said private road 145. 64 feet to the monument in
the northerly side of King's Highway (Main Road) at the point or
place of BEGINNING
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by deed dated March 26, 1965, recorded in the Office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on May 7, 1965 in Liber 5741
of Deeds at page 543
