thence North 83 degrees 02 minutes ,50 seconds West 65.02 feet to
the easterly side of said Right of Way; thence along the easterly
side of said Right of Way�North 04 degrees 50 minutes East 115.0
feet (2) North 04 degrees 28 minutes East 10.0 feet to the point
nor place of beginning.
TOGETHER with access to and from Main Road over the said Right of
Way from the northwesterly corner of the premises southerly to the
said Main Road.
