lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration paid
by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Hamlet of Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, more particularly bounded and described as
follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Village Lane distant
389.06 feet southerly as measured along the easterly side of Village
Lane from the corner formed by the intersection of the easterly side
of Village Lane with the Southerly side of Main Road; said point of
beginning being where the division line between premises hereinafter
described and premises northeast of Joseph L. Magrino, Jr. and '
Mary Cross Magrino, his wife, formerly of Grace Vail, intersects;
the easterly side of Village Lane;
RUNNING THENCE along said last mentioned land the following 2
courses and distances :
(1) South 66 degrees 13 minutes 10 seconds east 95 . 65 feet to a post;
(2) South 26 degrees 55 minutes 20 seconds west 90 .49 feet to a pipe
and land now or formerly of Norkelun, "Formerly of Frances, P.
Tuthill;
THENCE North 63 degrees 1_3 minutes 40 seconds west along said last
mentioned land 94.35 feet to a Rod and the easterly side of Village
Lane ;
THENCE North 26 degrees 09 minutes 00 seconds east along the east-
erly side of Village Lane 85 .50 feet to a Rod set in the point or
place of BEGINNING.
