TOGETHER WITH an Easement of ingress and egress in, to and over King Street (Harbor Road) to the nearest public road. TOGETHER WITH a right of way over a fifty (50) foot private road known as Harbor, the southwesterly line of which is described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly Line of King - Street, . (sometimes known as Hog Pond Road) three hundred forty-three and fifty-four hundredths (343.54) feet southwesterly along said northwesterly line from the point of beginning of the premises here inabove described being the southeasterly corner of said premises; and running at right angles to said northwesterly line of King Street North 57 degrees 16 minutes 10 seconds West two hundred forty-six (246) feet to the northwesterly line of another right of way, hereinafter described. ALSO, with a right of way over a strip of land from said south we line of said fifty (50) foot private road known as Harbor Road 7outhwesterly about two hundred ten (210) feet to Orient Bay; said strip of land to be ten (10) feet in width a, its northeasterll end where it adjoins said southwesterly line of said fifty (50) foo; Ii private road known as Harbor Road and fifty (50) feet in width at its southwesterly end where it abutts said Orient Bay.
