NYS conv THIS INDENTURE, made the 11th day of January 1969, between Peter Frumanti
tax $4.95 and Pauline Frumenti, his wife, both residing at 975 Larkfield Road, East
Northport, New York, parties of the first part, and
Thomas L. O'Donnell and Dorothy O'Donnell, his wife, both residing at
963 Thomas Avenue, Baldwin, New York, parties of the second pail,
t� WITNESSETH, that the parties of the first part, in consideration of$10 ad other
valuable consideration paid by the parties of the second part, do hereby grant and
release unto the parties of the second part, their heirs or successors and assigns

ALL those certain plots, pieces or parcels of land,sltuatq lying, and being at
East Marion, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded
and described as follows;
Parcel I--beginning at a point on the easterly boundary line of land now or
formerly of Stamos, at the northwesterly corner of the premises herein described.
said point being south 11-23'30" east, 140.51 feet from a monument at the easterly
terminus of the southerly line of Aquavfew Avenue; from said point of beginning
running along land now or formerly of Stamos, and land now or formerly of
Mitchel, north 78.36'30" east, 120 feet to the westerly line of a 35 foot private
road, being the westerly line of Parcel II hereinafter described;thence along said
westerly line, south 11°23'30" east, 50 feet to other land of the parties of the
first part;thence along said land of the parties of the first part, south 78°36'30"
west, 120 feet to land now or formerly of Stamos;thence along said land now or
formerly of Stamos, north 11023'30" west, 50 feet to the point of beginning.
Parcel II--beginning at the northeasterly corner of Parcel I hereinabove
described, being the southwesterly corner of Parcel D conveyedb)Stars to one
Mitchel, and being on the westerly line of a 35 foot private road; running thence
along said land now or formerly of Mitchel, north 78.36130" east, 17.50 feet to
land now or formerly of,Couphos; running thence along said land now or formerly
of Couphos, south 11.23130" east, 50 feet; thence along land of the parties of the
first part, south 78°36130" west, 17.50 feet to the southeasterly corner of
Parcel I hereinabove described; thence along said Parcel L being along the
westerly line of said 35 foot private road, north 11°23'30" west, 50 feet to the
point of beginning.
SUBJECT, however, to rights of others over Parcel D hereinabove described;and
TOGETHER with a right of way over said 35 foot private road from the north-
easterly corner of Parcel I, northerly about 80 feet to a 50 foot private road, and
thence westerly, over said 50 foot private road, about 160 feet to Aquaview
Avenue. Also with a right of way over said 35 foot private road from the north-
easterly corner of the premises southerly, about 4400 feet to the Main Road
(State Rt. 25). Also with a right of way over a strip of land 35 feet and then
50 feet in width from the first mentioned 35 foot private road at a point about
150 feet southerly from the premises, and running westerly about 240 feet to
Cedar Lane.
TOGETHER with a right of way over and the right to use in common with others,
a 40 foot strip of land, the westerly line of which is the easterly boundary of
had of William G. Lenz, Jr., and running from the northerly line of said 50
foot private road northerly about 275 feet to Long Island Sound.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first
part by deed made by Philip Weiss, dated September 30, 1966, recorded
October 4, 1966, in the Suffolk County Clerk's office, liber 6044 of conveyances,
page 74.
