THIS INDENTURE,made the 17th day of December , nineteen hundred and sixty-nine
3' BETWEEN JOSEPH GLORIA and MARY GLORIA , his wife, both residing at
Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being
the same persons as the grantees in deed dated June 2, 1969, recorded July
2, 1969 in Liber 6578of Conveyances at page 19 in the Office of the Clerk of

wife, both residing at 249 Bleeker Street, New York, N. Y. ,

WTrNFSSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and beingincthax at Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of King Street where the
same is intersected by the easterly side of land now or formerly of F. F. King,
Jr. , formerly Cicero B., King, said point being distant 562. 62 feet easterly
from the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly side of King Street
with the easterly side of Bay Avenue; and from said point of beginning running
thence along said land of B. F. King, Jr. , North 3 degrees 35 minutes 00 seconds
West 109. 70 feet to other land now or formerly of F. F. King Jr. ; running
thence along said land North 87 degrees 27 minutes 00 seconds East 98. 51 feet
to land Clow or formerly of L. Tuthill; running thence along said land South 7
degrees 49 minutes 00 seconds East 109. 95 feet to the northerly side of King
Street; running thence along the northerly side of King Street South 87 degrees
20 minutes 00 seconds West 106. 60 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the patty of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
She first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
