Moisa) , his daughter, and Victor J. Przepiora, his son, and seized of the real property of which the above is a part. Mary Przepiora, wife of John Przepiora mentioned above, died intestate a resident of Suffolk County on August 21, 1969, leaving as her only distributees the above mentioned Victor J. Przepiora i! and Helen A. Moisa. j The said Victor J. Przepiora died a resident of Suffolk County on September 19, 1969 and his wife, Mary T.
