John Przepiora died a resident of Suffolk County on June 5,
1924, Suffolk County Surrogate ' s Court No. 27100, leaving as his
only distributees Mary Przepiora, his wife, Helen Przepiora (now
Helen A. Moisa) , his daughter, and Victor J. Przepiora, his son,
and seized of the real property of which the above is a part.
Mary Przepiora, wife of John Przepiora mentioned above, died
intestate a resident of Suffolk County on August 21, 1969, leaving
as her only distributees the above mentioned Victor J. Przepiora
i! and Helen A. Moisa.
j The said Victor J. Przepiora died a resident of Suffolk
County on September 19, 1969 and his wife, Mary T. Przepiora,
was appointed administratrix of his estate under file No.
470 A 1969, leaving as his distributees his wife, Mary T.
Przepiora, Victor J. Przepiora, Jr. , his son, and Barbara
Klotzer, his daughter, all of whom are set forth above as
grantors herein.
Helen A. Moisa is a grantor herein to create a tenancy
by the entirety with her husband Henry F. Moisa.
