corner of land conveyed by Harry S. Lee and Emma D, Lee to John F. and Anna
J. Kreppein by deed dated December 13, 1962, said point being the southeasterly
corner of premises described herein; running thence along land of C. L. Young
Estate, South 49 degrees 53 minutes 00 seconds West 74,23 feet; running thence
North 30 degrees 20 minutes 40 seconds West 99.98 feet to land conveyed by Lee
to Kreppein aforesaid; running thence along said land the following two courses
and distances:
(1) North 55 degrees 07 minutes East 66,00 feet; thence
(2) South 34 degrees 53 minutes 00 seconds East 92.90 feet to the point or
place of beginning.
PARCEL II
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Orient,
in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point where the west line of land of Habemann, the east line of
land of Edward Latham (C. L. Young Estate) and the north line of land conveyed by
Harry S. and Emma D. Lee to John F. and Anna J. Kreppein intersect; running
thence along land conveyed by Lee to Kreppein aforesaid the following two courses
and distances:
(1) South 10 degrees 38 minutes 30 seconds East 54.0 feet; thence
(2) South 55 degrees 07 minutes West 80,0 feet; running thence North 30 degrees
20 minutes 40 seconds West 51.22 feet; running thence North 56 degrees 10 minutes
40 seconds East 98,14 feet to the point or place of beginning.
