Subject to the fact that Woodhollow Properties, Inc. , grantors' predecessor in title, contemplates developing premises fronting on and along Main Road for business uses and purposes to a depth of not less than 200 feet nor more than 400 feet, and grantee by accepting this conveyance from the grantors waives any right to object to said Woodhollow Properties, Inc. developing said land along Main Road for business purposes as more particularly set forth in the deed from Woodhollow Properties, Inc . to the grantors herein recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk 's Office on October 16th, 1968, in Liber 6438 of deeds at page 183.
