King, I received a call from Heather Cusak of your agency who informed me of nein 3orhood complaints relating io fill being placed upon the lot referenced above_ The proposed dwelling benefits from a Building Permit issued by the Town and a Wetland Permit issues, by your Board. While not specified in the filed survey with your office, the overall project featured a raised septic system surrounded by a retaining wall. This is a septic design required by the Health Department and its purpose is to insure that the sapric leaching rings are suitable elevated aboee groundwater. In any event, I have been assured by Manzi Homes that no fill will be brought to the site until the Trustees grant the appropriate authorization to do so- t have also requested that the surveyor provide an amendment the survey to make dear any issues relating to proposed grading and a fill calculation.
