R~£QUEST FCR SPECIAL EXCEPTION: Board denies permission for a "V" shaped sign of maximum size 6 1/2 x 12 1/2; but grants permission for a "V" shaped sign not to exceed on either face, 5'9 x 3'10. However, it is a condition of this exception that the advertising on the sign faces or face, must emphasize the New Suffolk Shipyard, furnishing directional information, and in smaller letters, the vertisment of products handled and services of New Suffolk Shipyard, provided this replaces the original sign.
