THIS INDENTURE, made the 791fkday of February nineteen hundred and seventy
BETWEEN HARRY MEARNS, JR. and EVELYN MEARNS, his wife,
both residing at No. 96 East Raleigh Avenue , Staten Island, New York,

WITNESSE17H, that the party of the first part, in consideration of

of New York, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the boundary line between land of the party of the
first part and land of Raymond Deidrick, 236. 951northerly along said line from
the northeasterly corner of land heretofore conveyed by Harry Mearns, Sr. to
Edwin Howe; running thence along other land of the party of the first part,
S. 480 431 W. - 105. 81 feet to land of C. & E. Brown; thence along said land
of Brown, N. 410 171 W. - 190. 0 feet; thence along other land of the party of
the first part, N. 480 431 E. - 105. 81 feet t o said land of Diedrick; thence along
said land, S. 410 171 E. - 190. 0 feet to the point of beginning. Containing
20, 104 square feet.
Together with a right of way 16 1/2 feet in width over the existing roadway
on land of Diedrick from the northeasterly corner of the premises hereinabove
described and running southerly about 1000 feet; thence over land of Tabor southerly
about 1400 feet to Main Road.
Also with a right of way 16 1/2 feet in width over the existing roadway
from the northeasterly corner of the premises hereinabove described northerly
about 350 feet to Long Island Sound.
Also with a permanent easement for water supply from the premises
hereinabove described northerly to the well on land of the party of the first part.
