and being at Sunset Shores , East Marion, Town of Southold , County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the northerly line of
Aquaview Avenue, 350 feet easterly along said line from ,the easterly
line of Rocky Point Road, and being the southeasterly corner of land
of the parties of the second part;
RUNNING along said land of the parties of the second part,
