THIS INDENTURE, made the 2nd day of June , nineteen hundred and sixty—nine

party of the first part, and
JOSEPH GLORIA and MARY GLORIA, his wife,

Suffolk County, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last
will and testament, and in consideration of the distribution of the Estate of MARION F.
TIEMAN, Deceased and the sum of ten ($10. 00) - - - - - - - dollars,

release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
u lying and being in theVillage of Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
IV and State of New York, bounded and described as follows : BEGINNING at
a point on the northerly side of King Street as the same now exists
where the division line between premises herein described and premises
adjoining in the West, now or formerly belonging to Cicero B. King,
-intersects the said northerly side of King Street, said point of inter-
section being designated by a stake set in the northerly side of King
Street, distant 562 .3 feet easterly from the corner formed by the inter-
section of the said northerly side of King Street with the easterly side
of Bay Avenue; thence north 3 degrees 35 minutes West and along the
easterly side of said land now or formerly of Cicero B. King as the
fence now stands 109. 70 feet to land now or formerly of Thomas V. Young; .
thence north 87 degrees 27 minutes east and along the southerly side of
land now or formerly of Thomas V. Young as the fence now stands 98. 51
feet to land nowcr formerly of Charles L. Tuthill; thence south 7degrees
49 minutes east and along the westerly side of land now or formerly of
Charles L. Tuthill as the fence now stands 109. 95 feet to the said
northerly side of King Street; thence south 87 degrees 20 minutes west
along the northerly side of said King Street as fence now stands..106.60
feet to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to.any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances,
and also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death in said premises, and also
the estate therein, which the party of the first part has or has power to convey or dispose of, whether individ-
ually, or by virtue of said will or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto
the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever. ggzNG

"&ND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said,premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above
