THIS INDENTURE made in duplicate the day of
1969, between the TOWN OF SOUTHOLD, in the County of Suffolk and
State of New York, by a majority of its duly elected Trustees , and
in pursuance of Chapter 615 of the Laws of New York, passed in 1893

W I T N E S S E T H
That the party of the first part in consideration of tie sum
of One and 00/100----------------------------------- ($1.00) Dollars
to said Town duly paid before the delivery hereto doth hereby
grant, bargain, sell and release unto the said parties of the secon
part, their heirs and assigns forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying
and being at East Marion in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at the Northwesterly corner of Lot No. 161 as shown
on,: 'Map of Section Two, Gardiner's Bay Estates , situate
at East Marion, Long Island, " filed in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on September 23, 1927 as Map No. 275,
