0 $WrrNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars paid by the party of the second
O to part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
z assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate,
lying and being 1 14 at East Marion, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point at the northeasterly terminus of Aquaview Avenue,
marking the southwesterly corner of land of Drury and running thence
southerly along Aquaview Avenue to the northwesterly corner of land
now or formerly of Stamos; running thence in an easterly direction along
the southerly line of a private road 50 feet in width about 330 feet to
the westerlylline of land of Schroeder and the northeasterly corner of land
now or formerly of Fisher; running thence in a northerly direction to land
of Schroeder and the easterly end of said 50 foot road about 55 feet to a
point marking the southeasterly::oorner 'of land now or formerly of Hamarstrom;
running thence in a westerly direction along the northerly line of said 50
foot private right of way 186.78 feet to a point and the southwesterly corner
of land of Chetel; running thence in a northerly direction along the
westerly 2he of land of Chetel 228.0 feet to a point marking the northwesterly
corner of said lands; running thence`in an easterly direction along the
northerly line of land of Chetel 69.81 feet to the westerly line of
Hamarstrom approximately 40 feet to the ordinary high water mark of Long
Island Sound; running thence in a westerly direction to the ordinary hgh water
mark of Long Island Sound about 135 feet to a point on the westerly23-ins/of
a 40 foot right of way marking the northeasterly corner of land of Drury;
running thence in a southerly direction along the westerly line of said right
of way about 265 feet to a point on the northerly line of the aforesaid 50
foot private road to the southeasterly corner of land of Drury; running thence
in a westerly direction along the northerly line of said 50 foot private road
and the southerly line of land of Drury 100 feet to the point or place of
beginning.

TOGETHER with all right,title and interest, if any,of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law;hereby covenants that the pa
of of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above
written.
