BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the southerly line of a 50 foot private road known
as North View Drive, said point of beginning being south 24 degrees 00 minutes
east 50. 02 feet across said North View Drive from the southwesterly corner of
land of Krumbeigel; from said point of beginning running along the southerly line
of said 50 foot private road known as North View Drive north 67 degrees 42 minutes
20 seconds east 201. 61 feet to an iron pipe and other land of Douglas M. Robertson;
THENCE South 10 degrees 00 minutes east along said last mentioned land 165 feet
to an iron pipe and land of Meyer formerly of Robertson;
THENCE South 80 degrees 16 minutes 10 seconds west along said last mentioned
land 166. 75 feet to an iron pipe and land of Belfit formerly of Robertson;
THENCE North 24 degrees 00 minutes west along said last mentioned land 125 feet
to the point of BEGINNING.
