An easement for ingress and egress by vehicle and by foot and for all lawful purposes,
' including public utility purposes, including by way of illustration and not limitation
overhead and underground electric lines, gas lines, telephone lines, water lines,
sewerage lines and CATV lines to and from other land of the party of the second part
from Rocky Point Road, in upon over and along ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel
of land, situate, lying and being at East Marion, in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Rocky Point Road which is the point of
intersection of the southerly line of land now or formerly of Metropoulos and the
easterly side of Rocky Point Road, and which said point is the point of intersection of
the northerly line of the within described premises and the easterly side of Rocky
Point Road, and from said point or place of beginningNorth 850 33' 00" East 262.00+
feet to a point;
RUNNING THENCE in a northeasterly direction North 070 24' 20" East 596.51+ feet —
to a point and other land of the party of the second part herein;
RUNNING THENCE North 620. 34' 10" East 29.24 feet to a point;
RUNNING THENCE South 70 24' 20" West 620+ feet to a point;
RUNNING THENCE South 850 33' 00" West 286+ feet to a point and the easterly side
of Rocky Point Road;
RUNNING THENCE in a northerly direction along the easterly side of Rocky Point Road
a distance of 24+ feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
Said premises are depicted on a certain survey of R. Van Tuyl dated April 26, 1955,
revised July 23, 1958 and revised through July 30, 1992, and said premises and survey
are intended to depict a certain right of way running from Rocky Point Road to
premises of B.E.M.S. Excavating Construction Co. , Inc.
THIS IS A CORRECTION DEED amending previous deed dated 2/8/90 and recorded 2/16/90.
The description in prior deed had errors in the figures and this deed herein is to correct
same as follows: East 594.51+ - corrected and changed to East 596.51+
East 24.67 - corrected and changed to East 29.24
NO CONVEYANCE BEING PAID CONCERNING THIS CORRECTION DEED.
