Findings of inspection: As requested by Gary Fish, inspector for the Town of Southold, the footings for Pier #'s 1, 2 & 7 in the crawl spaces were inspected. Piers and footings appear to be as per plan. The piers measured 16"x16" and the footings measured 24"x24" with 4" above rat slab (full 12" depth of footing was not visible but assumed by word of owner). Therefore, to the best of my knowledge and belief I certify that the piers and poured concrete footings conform to the drawings and NYS and local codes.
