TOWN OF SOUTHOLD
At the meeting of the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council held Tuesday, July
13, 2004, the following recommendation was made:
Moved by Doris McGreevy, seconded by Don Wilder, it was
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees DISAPPROVAL of
the Wetland Permit application of DEBORAH DOTY to construct a 3'X 85' fixed walk @
min. 3' above grade, 3'X 12' ramp and a 6'X 20' floating dock.
Located: 670 West Creek Ave., Cutchogue. SCTM#103-13-5.3
The CAC recommends Disapproval of the application there is insufficient water depths
to accommodate a floating dock and treated lumber is not permitted.
Vote of Council: Ayes: All
Motion Carried
