I mentioned to you that the electric heat had been installed in the entire house since the 1950s,and you asked me to send you some proof of that fact. The history of the house is that it was purchased by James Doyle in 1950. The main level of the house was renovated in 1953,when radiant"Glassheaf' electric heating was installed. The attic was finished in 1956 in the same manner. In going through the records that I have of the house,I found the enclosed two documents showing the original purchase of the house and the schedule for the finishing of the attic. I hope this information is useful to you and that it is what you are looking for. In the meantime, I have scheduled an inspection of the hard-wired smoke detectors on July 3.
