Dear Mr. King, and all Town Trustees:
On behalf of all of the owners of this property (my siblings and me) I request that
you extend our permit currently in place with your office. This is so that we may
continue to work towards permits to repair our revetment wall on the property.
This permit is currently due to expire in July of this year, but due to the extended
time in communication with the DEC and other involved parties, I expect that we
will not be able to complete our efforts in the remaining time. I understand from
previous communication with your office that you require this written request and I
am allowed two such one year extensions, should I request them. I am currently
asking for the second of these one year extensions.
Please let me know what further information you require from me, and I thank you
for your time.
