As you are aware, the recent hurricanes have caused prices to increase at an unprecedented rate. We believe toward the end of the first quarter 2006, that pricing will begin to come down to pre-Katrina levels. In order to be a more responsible bidder we will offer a de-escalator based on the pricing posted at plasicsnews.com. This will be in the form of a per/case discount based on the weight of your cases and any price per Ib decrease between today and the date of your first order. I have attached a chart showing the dramatic rise of resin over the past 3 months. The chart is based on the weekly average of LLDPE extrusion liner film and HAO comonomer extrusion liner film. We would also like to extend this pricing for the year of 2007 based on the same benchmark at plasticsnews.com with an escalator / de-escalator clause. Pricing for 2007 would be reviewed against the 12/6/05 base price. A per case discount or surcharge would be applied based on the weight of each case and the change in either direction. Pricing includes all storage of bags should you wish to hold them in our Northeast warehouse.
