Cremers Kenneth L. Edwards George Ritchie Latham, Jr. Craig Turner, Planner Robert G. Kassner, Site Plan Reviewer Carol Kalin, Secretary Mr. Orlowski: Good evening. I'd like to call this meeting to order. The first order of business is for the Board to set Monday, October 2, 2000, at 6:00 p.m. at the Southold Town Hall, Main Road, Southold, as the time and place for the next regular Planning Board Meeting. Mr. Cremers: So move. Mr. Edwards: Second. Mr. Orlowski: Motion made and seconded. All those in favor? Ayes: Mr. Orlowski, Mr. Caggiano, Mr. Cremers, Mr. Edwards, Mr. Latham. Mr. Orlowski: Opposed? Motion carried. Southold Town Plannin,q Board Page Two September 11,2000 MAJOR AND MINOR SUBDIVISIONS, LOT LINE CHANGES, SET OFF APPLICATIONS: Final Determinations: Mr. Orlowski: Babalis-Hartofilis -This proposed lot line change is to subtract 1.18 of an acre from a 2.35 acre parcel, SCTM#1000-21-4-14, and add it to a 0.29 acre parcel, SCTM#1000-21-4-9, and to subtract 1.17 of an acre from the same 2.35 acre parcel, SCTM#1000-21-4-14, and add it to a 0.41 acre parcel, SCTM#1000-31-2-3. The property is located on Rocky Point Road in East Marion. Mr. Cremers: Mr. Chairman, I'll offer the following: BE IT RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board authorize the Chairman to, endorse the final surveys, dated March 11, 1999. Conditional final approval was granted on June 14, 1999. All conditions have been fulfilled. Mr. Edwards: Second the motion. Mr. Orlowski: Motion made and seconded. Any questions on the motion? Mr. Orlowski: Summit Estates, Section 4 - Section 4 of this major subdivision is for one 4.3739 acre lot (Lot #33). The property is located off Shipyard Lane in East Marion. SCTM#1000-38-7-p/o 10 (a.k.a. SCTM#1000-35-8-5.3). The attorney has come in and asked that this be held over until the next meeting so I'll make the following motion: BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Board hold the final hearing for Summit Estates, Section 4, open until such time that Conditions Number 3, 4, and 5 of the approval in regard to the public hearing in accordance with Condition Number 11 of the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions are fulfilled to the satisfaction of the Planning Board. The property is located on King Street in Orient Mr. Cremers: Mr. Chairman, I'll offer the following: BE IT RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board, acting under the State Environmental Quality Review Act, do an uncoordinated review of this unlisted action. The Planning Board establishes itself as lead agency, and as lead agency, makes a determination of non-significance and grants a Negative Declaration. Mr. Latham: Second. Sketch Determinations: Mr. Orlowski: David Cichanowicz - This proposed minor subdivision is for 4 lots on 24.827 acres. The property is located between Main Road and Leslie's Road in Peconic. SCTM#1000-85-3-10.2 and 1000-97-10-2. Mr. Cremers: Mr. Chairman, rll offer the following: WHEREAS, the proposed minor subdivision is for 4 lots on 24.827 acres; and WHEREAS, the property is located in an A-C Zone; and WHEREAS, Lot #3 has had development rights sold to Suffolk County; and WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has issued a variance for the undersized Lots #1 and #2 on January 19, 2000 (AppI. No. 4776); be it therefore RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Planning Board grant sketch approval on the map dated June 28, 1999 with the following conditions: 1) Building envelopes prepared for review by the Planning Board shall be shown for all buildable lots on the final map. The property is located on Route 25, opposite Manhanset Avenue in Greenport. SCTM#35- 1-25. Mr. Edwards: Mr. Chairman, I'll offer the following resolution: BE IT RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board grant an additional extension of conditional approval from August 28, 2000 to October 2, 2000, Conditional final approval was granted on August 31, 1998. Southold Town Plannin,q Board PaRe Six September 11, 2000 Set Hearings: Mr. Orlowski: Cross Sound Ferry - This proposed new site plan is to amend the June 6, 1995 site plan for the Cross Sound Ferry Company Terminal. The subject site encompasses three parcels located on the west and east sides of SR 25 at its eastern- most terminus in Orient. SCTM#1000-15-9-10.1 and 11.1 and 15.1. Mr. Latham: Mr. Chairman, I'll offer this resolution: BE IT RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board start the environmental review process for the proposed new Cross Sound Ferry Site Plan encompassing three parcels located on the west and east sides of SR 25 at its eastern-most terminus in Orient. North Road, Middle Road) in Southold. SCTM#1000-55-5-2.4. Mr. Edwards: Mr. Chairman, i'll offer the following resolution: BE IT RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board start the lead agency coordination process on this unlisted action.
