Please note that the Town seeks bids for each of two options. OPTION #1 is a bid for removing laccepting scrap tires for CALENDAR YEAR 2006 ONLY; OPTION #2 is a bid for removing laccepting scrap tires for CALENDAR YEARS 2006 through 2007, inclusive. Bidder will supply a 100 cubic yard capacity trailer, to be filled by employees of the Town of South old. When the filled trailer is removed, a replacement trailer will be installed in its place. Bidder agrees to send a trailer within one (1) week of being notified by the Town. At its sole discretion, the Town may extend this deadline should it be deemed in the Town's interest to do so. Failure to send a trailer within a week, however, may result in cancellation of this contract by the Town.
