WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second
part; the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,.
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situ-
ate, lying and being iDTchae at East Marion, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, known and designated as Lot 184 upon a
certain map entitled "Map of Gardners Bay Estates, Section Three,
surveyed December 1, 1967 by Van Tuyl & Son, owned and developed by
Gardners Bay Company, Inc." and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on April 24, 1968 as Map No. 5083.

TOGETHER with a right of way to pass and repass for street purposes
over all streets on said map and over all streets including "the paths'
leading to the beach shown on "Map of Section Two, Gardiner's Bay
004Estates" , the fee to the land in said streets and paths, however;'--to
remain in the seller.
MALSO TOGETHER with all the benefits and usages and subject to all the
Zi0 restrictions and conditions as set forth in a deed from Gardner's Bay
Company, Inc. to Charles J. Woznick, Jr. and Anna L. Woznick, U%
recorded in Liber 6602, page 512 which were again repeated in a deed
L� from Gardner's Bay Company, Inc. to the grantor herein, recorded in
Liber 6918, page 359 on April 21, 1971 in Suffolk County Clerk's Office.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets
