This bond estimate in the amount of $25,000.00, with an inspection fee in the amount of $1,500.00. Please contact this office if you have any questions regarding the above. No Drainage has been shown due to the fact that no road construction will be required. This should not be the case. The general topography of the site slopes down toward the existing Town Right of Way on Alvah's Lane. Proposed site improvements for each lot, which would include roof & driveway runoff, will shed additional water into the existing Town RoO.Wo This runoff should be contained or controlled at the point where it would enter the Town RoO.Wo. It is therefore recommended that one 8' 0 x 8' deep Leaching Pool with Concrete Traffic Cover and a Metal Grate & Casting should be installed for each Lot. The total number of basins required would be five (5) and they should be installed in the existing Town R.O.W. immediately adjacent to the driveway that will provide access for each Lot. All existing underground utilities should be verified by the contractor prior to installation. If you have any questions concerning this review, please contact my office. cc: Raymond L.
