Subdivision for Linda Gorwitz and Judith Barnett at Orient, New York"
dated December 30, 1971 and amended March 13, 1972 and May 10, 1972 by
Van Tuyl and Son, Greenport, New York, said lot being more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast corner thereof which point is distant north
41 degrees 20 minutes 20 seconds west 192.8 feet as measured along the
northerly line of land of D. Moore from the point where said northerly
line of D. Moore intersects the westerly side of Main (State) Road-,
thence from said point or place of beginning running along the northerly
line of land now or formerly of Helen J. Schmidt north 41 degrees 31
minutes 00 seconds west 215.00 feet to a point; running thence north 48
degrees 29 minutes 00 seconds east 436. 58 feet to land now or formerly
of Von Hassel; running thence along last mentioned land and land now or
formerly of Alexi Pottetti south 39 degrees 34 minutes 10 seconds east
265.82 feet to a point; running thence south 39 degrees 03 minutes 40
seconds east 27.97 feet to land now or formerly of E. Brown; running thence
along last mentioned land south 65 degrees 00 minutes 10 seconds west
121.0 feet to land now or formerly of Scandia Products, Inc. ; running
thence along last mentioned land north 28 degrees 25 minutes 40 seconds
west 13.8 feet to a point; running thence partly along said land of
Scandia Products, Inc. south 54 degrees 05 minutes 20 seconds west 314.98
feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a 16 1/2 foot right-of-way from the westerly side of Main
(State) Road, the southerly line of which right-of-way runs along the
north line of Scandia Products, Inc. to the easterly line of the premises
described; and
TOGETHER WITH AND SUBJECT TO a 25 foot right-of-way running along the
southerly and easterly portion of the within described premises to the
aforesaid 16 1/2 foot right-of-way; and
SUBJECT TO a 25 foot reservation in favor of the Town of Southold, ad-
jacent to and parallel with the above described 25 foot right-of-way and
north thereof.
