THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THE FOllOWING RESOLUTION WAS ADOPTED BY THE
SOUTHOlD TOWN BOARD AT A REGULAR MEETING HELD ON AUGUST 14, 1990:
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby approves
the amount of $531,980.00 for a performance bond for roads and
improvements in the major subdivision of Franklinville Homes Properties,
Laurel, all In accordance with the recommendation of the Southold Town
Planning Board and Sidney B. Bowne & Son, Consulting Engineers.

The following resolutions were adopted by the Southold Town
Planning Board at a meeting held on Monday, August 13, 1990.
RESOLVED to adopt the engineer's report dated August 9,
1990.
RESOLVED to adopt the bond estimate dated as revised August
13, 1990 by the Planning Board and to recommend same to the Town
Board. The bond estimate is in the amount of $531.980.00, with
an inspection fee in the amount of $31,918.80.

Dear Mr. Orlowski:
We have reviewed the plans on the above refl!renced
subd1v1s1on and hereby recommend approval of till! latest plan
(dated January 3, 1990).
The bond estimate subm1tted by the o~ners engineer
accurately reflects the value of the construct'lon rl!lated to
the plan except that we have added $32,000.00 to c:over the
pl antin9 of street trees, as 1nstructed. The amE!nded total for
the bond estimate then becomes $531,980.00

Total $563,898.80
