THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THE FOllOWING RESOLUTION WAS ADOPTED BY THE
SOUTHOlD TOWN BOARD AT A REGULAR MEETING HELD ON JUNE 5, 1990:
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby approves
the amount of $214,909.00 for a bond for roads and improvements in the
minor subdivision of Plum Gut & Townsend Properties, Orient, New York,
all in accordance with the recommendation of the Southold Town Planning
Board and Sidney B. Bowne & Son, Consulting Engineers.

The following resolutions were adopted by the Southold Town
Planning Board at a meeting held on Monday, June 4, 1990.
RESOLVED to adopt the bond estimate dated April 3, 1990 and
revised by the Planning Board on June 4, 1990, for Plum Gut
Properties in the amount of $214,090.00 and to recommend same to
Town Board.
RESOLVED to adopt the engineer's report dated April 3, 1990.
