THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS ADOPTED BY THE
SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD AT A REGULAR MEETING HELD ON MAY 8. 1990:
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby
approves the amount of $127.387.50 for a bond for roads and
improvements in the major subdivision of Howard Rosenstone. all in
accordance with the recommendation of the Southold Town Planning Board
and Sidney B. Bowne & Son. Consulting Engineers.

Dear Mrs. Terry:
The following took place at the Southold Town Planning
Board at a meeting held on Monday, April 30, 1990.
RESOLVED to adopt the engineer's report dated March 29,
1990.
RESOLVED to adopt the bond estimate dated March 29, 1990,
and to recommend same to the Town Board. The bond estimate is
in the amount of $127,387.50, with an inspection fee in the
amount of $7,643.25.

Re: Review and Bond Estimate for Howard
S.C.T.M. 1000-83-3-2 (SBB NO. 87467)
Rosenstone Subdivision -
Dear Mr. Orlowski:
We have reviewed the above referenced subdivision plan and find that any
action on the plan should be subject to the following two provisions.
1. The leaching basins at each of the three drainage installations should be
interconnected with 18" diameter C.M.P.
2. The profile should have a suitable vertical curve shown at Station 1 + 5O:t.
An itemized breakdown of the bond estimate is attached in the amount of
$124,430.75 for your use.
