BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly line of Knoll Circle at the
' vision line between lots numbered 29 and 30 as shown on said map;
, �• running thence South 4 degrees 08 minutes 50 seconds East along said
1 division line 71. 27 feet to a point; thence South 5 degrees 32 minutes
10 seconds West and through lot numbered 29 , a distance of 67 . 07 feet
to the southerly line of lot numbered 29 on said map; thence Westerly
along the southerly line of lots 29 and 28 on said map, 81 feet to
the land conveyed by Arthur D. DeMott and Eva B. DeMott to James A.

East along said land of James A. Stokes and Constance M. Stokes a

thence along the southerly line of Knoll Circle the following two
courses and distances:
(1) South 31 degrees 42 minutes 50 seconds East 5 . 0 feet to a point
of curve; thence
(2) Easterly along a curve bearing to the ,left and having a radius of
50 . 0 feet a distance along said curve of 35 . 0 feet to the point or
place of beginning.
