Southold, NY 11971 RECEIVED APR 2 0 19~q Southold Town Clerk Re: Wolf Pit Estates S/W/c Mill Road and Mill Lane, Mattituck SCTM# 1000-107-4-2.1 through 2.12 and -100-5-1 through 3 Dear Ms. Terry: The following resolution was adopted by the Southold Town Planning Board at a meeting held on Monday, April 18, 1994: BE IT RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board recommend to the Town Board that the Performance Bond in the amount of $159,621.00 for the above mentioned subdivision be released. James Richter, Engineering Inspector, in a report dated May 10, 1993, indicated that all items had been completed in a satisfactory manner. The Planning Board adopted his report on June 15, 1993, noting that two required firewells were still outstanding.
