following resolution was adopted by
the Board:
RESOLVED: That the Southold Town Board hereby
accepts a Bank Deposit Book of Southold

Savings Bank presented to Supervisor Lester
M. Albertson containing deposits of $7.000.00
as recommended by the Southold Town Planning
Board for the completion of roads and other
improvements in the subdivision known as
VISTA BLUFF, Cutchogue. N.Y. owned and devel-
oped by Rene Gendron.

Re: Rene Gendron
subdivision known as
vista Bluff, cutchogue, N. Y.
On behalf of Mr. Gendron and in accordance with the recommendation
of the southold Town Planning Board to the Southo1d Town Board
contained in their letter of November 27, 1967, we enclose Pass
Book No. 57084 in the name of Rene Gendron in the amount of
$7,000.00 and a signed withdrawal slip for a like amount payable
to the Town of southo1d, representing a performance bond for the
completion of the roads and other improvements in the subdivision
known as vista Bluff, cutchogue, New york, owned and developed by
Rene Gendron.
It is our understanding that these enclosures are to be held in
escrow until acceptance of the subdivision by the Town of southo1d
and then returned to Mr. Gendron.
